Former Kaizer Chiefs Star Teenage Hadebe Earns His 50th Cap for Zimbabwe

Warriors star Teenage Lingani Hadebe has earned his 50th cap for the Zimbabwe national team, marking a significant milestone in his international career.

Hadebe, who plays as a defender for Major League Soccer side FC Cincinnati, has been a consistent presence for the Warriors since making his debut on 16 November 2014 in a friendly match against Morocco.

A Journey That Began at 17

Hadebe’s football journey began with Bantu Rovers, where he made his senior debut as a 17-year-old in 2012. His rapid rise through domestic football paved the way for his move abroad and eventual establishment as one of Zimbabwe’s most reliable defenders.

Over the years, he has become a key figure in the national team, earning respect for his commitment, composure, and leadership at the back.
