In a statement, the family confirmed the passing of the artist, whose real name was Isinesipho Peter, describing him as a beloved figure whose music and spirit touched lives across the world.
They described Bravo as a gifted creator, a proud ambassador of his community and an inspiration to emerging artists, whose music was marked by authenticity, passion and courage.

The family appealed for privacy during the period of mourning and thanked fans for the overwhelming support and condolences received from across the globe. Details regarding funeral and memorial services will be communicated at a later stage.
