Zimbabwean music sensation Braveman, also known as “Baba Harare” Chizvino, has addressed his legion of fans, asserting that his recent return to the vibrant Jiti genre does not signify a departure from his Christian faith. The artist moved to quell a brewing storm of speculation following his online comments about the challenges within the gospel music scene.

The musician, who had taken a year-long hiatus from Jiti to explore gospel, explained that his decision was a career move, not a spiritual one. He expressed a firm belief that his faith and his musical craft are not mutually exclusive.
