Sources claim the internal conflict also influenced Dynamos’ failure to register for CAF inter-club competitions.
Some club members reportedly viewed the situation as an effort to weaken Chawonza’s position.
Meanwhile, the disagreements have now reached the coaching department. Dynamos have reportedly identified a Ghanaian coach for Cioaba’s backroom team.
The coach has already spent about a month in Zimbabwe. Nevertheless, Dynamos have yet to complete his appointment or registration.
Sources indicate that the executive disagreements have contributed significantly to the continued delay.

The situation comes as Cioaba continues to guide Dynamos through an impressive spell.
The Romanian coach has overseen encouraging performances despite lacking a permanent assistant.
Therefore, the prolonged uncertainty surrounding his technical team has become increasingly noticeable.
Dynamos must now resolve their internal differences before completing the coaching appointment.
A swift decision would allow Cioaba to work with a settled technical structure.
It would also help the club maintain momentum during its promising campaign.
