Vehicle Attachment Dispute

According to The Herald, Nduna is accused of threatening to unleash dogs on the Messenger of Court who had arrived at his premises to attach property over an outstanding debt of US$41,000.

The Messenger of Court was reportedly acting on a valid court order to attach Nduna’s Toyota Fortuner as part of debt recovery proceedings.

When the officer attempted to execute the order, Nduna allegedly blocked the process and issued threats, forcing the Messenger of Court to retreat without carrying out the attachment.

Detained in Kadoma

Following the incident, Nduna was arrested and is currently being detained at Kadoma Central Police Station under case number Cr43/1/26.

Police sources confirmed that he is expected to appear in court on Wednesday to face the obstruction of justice charge.
