Free Transfer for Experienced Defender
Stellenbosch confirmed Ndah’s arrival on Tuesday, announcing that the 27-year-old joins the Cape Winelands side on a free transfer. Ndah spent the past four-and-a-half seasons with Orlando Pirates and arrives as a key reinforcement to strengthen Stellenbosch’s defence.
The Nigerian international could make his debut in Stellenbosch’s upcoming Betway Premiership clash against Magesi FC at Danie Craven Stadium on Wednesday evening, wearing the No. 99 jersey.
Fourth Nigerian to Represent Stellenbosch
Ndah becomes the fourth Nigerian to play for the club, joining Ibraheem Jabaar and Kazie Enyinnaya, with former Maroons forward Stanley Dimgba having also previously represented the team. His signing continues Stellenbosch’s trend of recruiting talented Nigerian internationals to bolster their squad.
Club Welcomes New Signing
Stellenbosch CEO Rob Benadie expressed excitement over the addition of Ndah, praising the defender’s experience and proven ability.
“We are deliberate in our recruitment strategy, ensuring that every signing strengthens the squad. Having assessed him closely, we are confident he will be a valuable addition to our team,” Benadie said.
