New Details Emerge in Holy Ten Alleged Rape Case

New information has emerged regarding the circumstances that led to the alleged rape of a 14-year-old girl by musician Mukudzei Chitsama, popularly known as Holy Ten.

According to sources, the teenager met the hip-hop star through social media while she was staying in South Africa. She had recently returned to Zimbabwe when she arranged to meet him.

Victim Went to Avondale Studio Then to Artist’s Hatfield House

The victim went to Avondale on Monday afternoon, where Holy Ten was recording music. She was accompanied by a friend. They waited for him to finish his session.

After the recording, the friend went home while Holy Ten and the teenager went to his house in Hatfield. Sources said he told her they would record videos.

Rapper Allegedly Locked Bedroom Door and Threatened to Kill Victim

At the house, Holy Ten allegedly took the girl to his bedroom and locked the door. Other people were in the house but in different rooms.

He allegedly raped her once without protection and threatened to kill her if she resisted.

Victim Reported Abuse to Aunt Leading to Arrest

After the incident, Holy Ten reportedly arranged a taxi for the girl. When she arrived home, she told her aunt what had happened, leading to his arrest.

National police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi confirmed the arrest.

Musician Expected in Court Today

Holy Ten is expected to appear in court today.
