Wicknell Chivayo Family Confirms Missing Heads
Family spokesman Herbert Chivayo said the condition of the victims’ remains followed the crash and subsequent fire at Kudenga Farm.
He said claims circulating on social media that the couple’s heads had been recovered were incorrect.
“I have seen on social media people saying that the heads were found, but that’s not true. No head was found.”
Herbert explained that forensic officials had initially examined some recovered remains as possible head remains before ruling that out.
“There are some remains which forensic officials suspected to be head remains, but they found out that they were not. That’s the situation.”
The family has also confirmed there will be no body viewing because of the condition of the remains.
