Businessman Wicknell Chivayo has gifted Prophet Emmanuel and Prophetess Ruth Makandiwa a brand-new 2026 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600.
Chivayo announced the luxury gift in a lengthy Facebook post celebrating the couple’s marriage and their work in ministry.
The businessman said the vehicle was specifically intended as a joint anniversary present for the couple.
A gift for the couple
Chivayo explained that the Maybach was different from two luxury vehicles he recently bought for the Makandiwas individually.
He said Prophet Makandiwa had received a 2026 Rolls-Royce Cullinan Black Badge facelift, while Prophetess Makandiwa received a 2026 G63 G-Wagon.
According to Chivayo, those vehicles were personal gifts.
He said the Maybach, however, belongs to both of them.
“I recently bought BABA a BRAND-NEW 2026 ROLLS-ROYCE CULLINAN BLACK BADGE FACELIFT and AMAI a BRAND-NEW 2026 G63 G-WAGON, but to make myself clear those were your personal vehicles.
Today with happiness I celebrate YOUR UNION, so please kindly accept this BRAND-NEW 2026 MERCEDES-MAYBACH GLS 600 as your ANNIVERSARY GIFT. This one belongs to BOTH OF YOU,” Chivayo wrote.
Wicknell Chivayo praises their marriage
Beyond the expensive gift, Chivayo used his message to celebrate what he described as the Makandiwas’ enduring partnership.
He praised the couple for building their ministry together while remaining committed to their faith and shared vision.
Chivayo said their journey demonstrated the importance of unity, sacrifice and consistency in marriage.
He also credited their partnership for contributing to the growth of their ministry and inspiring Christian couples.
“Through the years, Baba and Amai have walked together, prayed together, built together and served GOD together,” he wrote.
He said their marriage showed that couples could achieve significant things when they shared faith, purpose and vision.
White interior carries special meaning
Chivayo also highlighted a particular feature of the new Maybach that caught his attention.
He said the vehicle’s white interior represented purity, love and sincerity in serving God.
“To me, it represents MOYO MUCHENA WAJESU KRISTU — purity, love and sincerity in serving GOD,” he said.
The businessman went on to express his admiration for the couple and their contribution to their church.
He said their ministry had grown from humble beginnings and touched many lives through its years of operation.

Chivayo said the Makandiwas’ consistency was among the qualities he admired most.
He noted that achieving success could happen quickly, but maintaining a vision over many years required resilience, discipline and faith.
