Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo has unveiled plans for a US$1 million estate in Gandami.
The development, named Kugara Huda Estate, is set to become his latest property project.
Chivayo shared details of the ambitious project through a social media post.
He also responded to criticism about the appearance of his previous home.
“WELCOME TO KUGARA HUDA ESTATE…

”
Chivayo said his new home reflects lessons he received from older generations.
He explained that homes should be built to last and remain impressive.
“with a small budget of US$1 MILLION, ndakuVAKA MUSHA WEDU WAKANAKA,” he said.
He also promised followers a major transformation at the property.
Chivayo Promises a Top-Class Development
According to Chivayo, the estate will resemble Borrowdale Brooke in Gandami.
He described the location as Gandami, Hwirisha, in Wiltshire.
Chivayo said the development will feature high-quality finishes and modern facilities.
He also teased a major celebration once construction reaches completion.
“Musha uchamira zvakanaka, everything TOP CLASS,” Chivayo said.
He added that a housewarming celebration would follow the project’s completion.
“when it’s finally complete, HOUSE WARMING MUKANYA vachiridza zvavo!!!”
However, Chivayo said his plans extend beyond his private residence.
US$500,000 Pledged for Gandami Community Projects
Chivayo also proposed investing another US$500,000 into community infrastructure.
He wants Gandami Secondary School and Gandami Primary School upgraded.
He also proposed modernising Gandami Clinic to improve local services.
However, he said the projects remain subject to approval from the relevant authorities.
Chivayo specifically appealed to ZANU-PF MP Tatenda Mavetera to lead the improvements.
He said the additional funding is already available for disbursement.
“There is no greater satisfaction than seeing the COMMUNITY around you developing together with you,” he said.
Chivayo believes development should benefit residents surrounding his investment.
“Musha HAUvakWI NEMUNHU MUMWE — TINOVAKA PAMWE CHETE,” he added.
With Kugara Huda Estate taking shape, Chivayo has promised followers more updates.
“WATCH THIS SPACE,” he concluded.
