Wolverhampton Wanderers have partnered with Momentum Academy in Harare, Zimbabwe. The move forms part of the club’s global football development expansion.
Under the agreement, Wolves will share their coaching philosophy and curriculum. They will support both recreational and development levels. Additionally, they will provide online coaching education.
Wolves coaches will travel to Zimbabwe every year. They will run development and recreational camps. Talented players may later access the club’s Golden Chance programme.
Furthermore, selected young Zimbabwean players will visit Wolverhampton. They will tour the club’s facilities and meet coaching staff. They will also train at Compton Park.
Wolves Aim to Build Pathways for Young Talent
Shawn Briscoe, Wolves’ international football development manager, welcomed the partnership.

He emphasised that the partnership focuses on knowledge sharing and youth development.
Momentum Academy Targets International Standards
Fidelis Mashonga, director of Momentum Academy, praised the collaboration.

He said the partnership will elevate Zimbabwe’s grassroots football structure.
