The Recruitment Journey

Panel Interview: Meet senior leaders from the actuarial community and talent acquisition.
Technical & Psychometric Assessments: Depending on the role, you may complete skills-based assessments and vetting.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an actuarial graduate, you’ll be immersed in various functional areas, gaining invaluable experience and insight. You will:

Perform actuarial analysis and present data with accuracy and insight.
Support financial reporting through model creation and statutory disclosures.
Contribute to the development and management of competitive insurance products.
Engage in organizational risk assessment and funding requirement calculations.
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and practices.

South African citizen
Currently completing an Honours degree in Actuarial Science at an ASSA-accredited institution
Strong academic record with a minimum 65% average
