Popular musician Chillmaster has avoided jail time after pleading guilty to charges of culpable homicide and driving without a valid license.
Mbare Magistrate Tatenda Mukurunge ordered Chillmaster to complete 420 hours of community service at Stoneridge Primary School. He was also fined US$200 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

In court, Chillmaster admitted guilt and expressed deep remorse.Before the verdict, he released a new song asking for mercy and guidance during what he described as “these dark times.”
