“No Gaffa No party”: Zimbabweans Fume After Winky D Is Excluded From This Year’s Castle Tankard Event
Zimbabweans have expressed outrage over Delta Beverages’ controversial decision to exclude Winky D from this year’s Castle Tankard lineup.
The award-winning Zimdancehall musician, who has headlined the event for over six years and consistently filled up Borrowdale Racecourse, will not be performing at this year’s edition.
Fan Favourite Left Out as Castle Tankard Unveils 2025 Lineup Without Winky D
Castle Lager ZW recently shared the list of artists set to headline the much-loved event scheduled for May 10. Performers include Alick Macheso, Enzo Ishall, Oriyano, Delroy Shewe, Chillspot, and Nissan Ts.
However, Winky D’s name is noticeably absent from the 2025 lineup, leaving many fans disappointed.

Fans Express Fury over Winky D’s Exclusion
Taking to the Castle Tankard comment section, social media users expressed frustration over Winky D’s exclusion from the lineup.
Some even threatened to boycott the event, declaring they wouldn’t attend if Winky D isn’t performing.
