The Mubayei songstress took to X on Tuesday, 20 May, to announce a major career milestone. She revealed that she had the honour of dressing Namibia’s first female President, Ndemupelila Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, who visited Zimbabwe earlier this week.

Feli posted a photo of herself standing proudly next to the Namibian leader. In the caption, Feli Nandi expressed gratitude to Ndemupelila Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. The Munhu Wangu singer also said she didn’t take the opportunity lightly.
“Ladies and Gentlemen, Muskana wenyu weMarokwe dressed a whole Namibian President this morning!! What a great honor and awesome privilege! I’m beyond elated and feel so blessed. Thank you, Madam President Ndemupelila Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. @NamPresidency,” she wrote.

President Nandi-Ndaitwah’s Purposeful Visit to Zimbabwe
President Nandi-Ndaitwah was in Zimbabwe for her first official state visit since becoming head of state. She was warmly welcomed at Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport by Zimbabwe’s Vice President, Retired Colonel Kembo Mohadi.
According to The Herald, the three-day visit was to deepen cooperation between Namibia and Zimbabwe. Talks focused on trade, infrastructure, and boosting diplomatic ties—areas where both nations share a strong historical bond and common regional goals.
The key moment of the visit came at the State House in Harare, where President Nandi-Ndaitwah held bilateral talks with Zimbabwe’s President and current SADC Chairperson, Emmerson Mnangagwa.
She also paid tribute to Zimbabwe’s fallen heroes by laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at the National Heroes Acre, and toured the Museum of African Liberation.
