AmaZulu Rally Behind Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya Ahead Of Zimbabwe AFCON Qualifiers
AmaZulu FC forward Thandolwenkosi Ngwenya has left the South African club to join the Zimbabwe national team ahead of the Warriors’ upcoming 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying matches.
The club wished Ngwenya well as he links up with the national side for the international assignment.

Warriors Begin AFCON Qualifying Campaign
Zimbabwe are preparing for their first qualifier against Sierra Leone, with the match scheduled for Thursday, 24 September, in El Jadida, Morocco.
The Warriors will then return home for their second fixture, taking on the Democratic Republic of Congo in Harare on 28 September.
AmaZulu announced Ngwenya’s departure in a Facebook post, wishing the Zimbabwean forward well with the national team.

The club also highlighted the Warriors’ two upcoming fixtures before signing off with a message of support for the player.
Ngwenya Set For National Team Assignment
Ngwenya’s call-up gives him an opportunity to represent Zimbabwe as the Warriors begin their qualification campaign for the 2027 AFCON tournament.
