Full List: ZRP Names And Shames 55 Convicted Drug Offenders
The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has released the names of 55 convicted drug offenders jailed after being convicted of offences linked to Crystal Meth, dagga, cough syrups and unregistered medicines.
The offenders, drawn from Harare, Bulawayo, Chitungwiza, Wedza, Gwanda and other parts of the country, were sentenced to prison terms ranging from four months to 51 months.
In a statement issued on 21 May 2026, police said the offenders were recently arraigned before the courts before being convicted and sentenced.
Police Vow To Continue Naming Convicted Offenders
Zimbabwe Republic Police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi said authorities would continue publicly exposing convicted offenders as part of the fight against drugs and substance abuse.
Nyathi said:
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police releases the names of drug peddlers who were recently arraigned before courts, convicted and sentenced to prison sentences ranging from four to 51 months.”
Police said some offenders were convicted for unlawful possession of Crystal Meth, while others were jailed for possessing dagga, Broncleer cough syrup and unregistered medicines.
Among the heaviest sentences was Brian Siziba of Bulawayo, who received 51 months imprisonment for unlawful possession of dagga, Crystal Meth and unregistered medicines.
Kudakwashe Chingani of Mbare and Makanyara Sibanda of Budiriro were each jailed for four years for unlawful possession of dagga.

Police Urge Public To Report Drug Activities
Commissioner Nyathi said police would continue naming convicted offenders linked to drug crimes.
He said:
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police reiterates that the police will not hesitate to name and shame drug barons and suppliers in any part of the country.”
