‘Tell People My Story’: Nyasha Mhungu’s Distressing Voice Note Before Glen View Deaths Emerges
A recording in which Nyasha Mhungu reportedly discusses his marriage difficulties and fears about what lies ahead has surfaced following the deaths of the 35-year-old and his wife, Olga Muzhingi, in Harare.
The couple, aged 35 and 30, were found dead in their bedroom in Glen View 3 on September 23, 2026. The newly emerged audio is allegedly a voice note Mhungu recorded before his death, in which he speaks to his sister, Chido.
His remarks include accusations against Muzhingi, concerns about their children and a plea for his personal account to be shared should he die.

Allegations About A Hidden Phone
Mhungu reportedly tells Chido that he believed his wife was involved with other men. He alleges that she kept a small cellphone hidden from him and used it to communicate with other men.
He also claims in the recording that Muzhingi had four other boyfriends, referring to himself as the fifth. In another allegation, he accuses her of infecting him with HIV.
The claims reflect what Mhungu allegedly said in the audio. They have not been independently verified and should not be taken as confirmed findings about Muzhingi.

What He Asked His Sister To Do
The recording reportedly shifts to the future of the couple’s children, with Mhungu asking Chido to care for them and treat them as her own.
He also asks her to speak about his experiences if he dies. As he delivers the message, he is reportedly heard crying and saying that he is trying to stay strong.
Mhungu further expresses concern about how he would be buried, asking for a dignified send-off rather than one that would make it appear he was being discarded.
