PSL sets replay date for Dynamos vs Hardrock

The Castle Lager Premier Soccer League has confirmed a new date for the unfinished Hardrock and Dynamos clash.

The match will resume on Thursday, 9 July 2026, at Baobab Stadium.

The original Matchday 14 encounter ended early on Sunday, 24 May 2026.

Officials halted play in the 78th minute at Chahwanda Stadium.

Crowd violence and disturbances made it unsafe to continue the fixture.

As a result, the PSL Disciplinary Committee reviewed the incident.

The committee then ordered the remaining minutes to be played at a neutral venue.

Furthermore, the replay will take place behind closed doors under PSL regulations.

Match to continue from stoppage

PSL chief executive officer Rodwell Thabe informed both clubs about the replay arrangements.

The match will restart from the exact minute play stopped.

The original score will remain unchanged.

In addition, all cautions and disciplinary records will still apply.

The replay must include the same players from the original team sheets.

Match officials and technical staff must also remain unchanged.

Available substitutes must be the same as those originally listed.

However, teams may only use their remaining substitutions.

Players sent off before the abandonment cannot return.

Consequently, both teams must resume with the same on-field line-ups.
