The Zimbabwe Anti-Presidential Insult (ZAPI) boss Andrew Pasinawako has joined Zimbabweans mourning Wicknell Chivayo.
Pasinawako described Chivayo as an icon and an important member of the community.
He also highlighted the businessman’s generosity towards people away from social media.
According to Pasinawako, Chivayo helped many people without seeking public recognition.
Pasinawako Reflects on Chivayo’s Generosity
Pasinawako explained that Chivayo’s charitable work went far beyond his social media posts.
He said many people benefited from Chivayo’s generosity without appearing on social media.
Therefore, Pasinawako believes Chivayo’s impact cannot be measured through public posts alone.
He also praised the late businessman for supporting people from different backgrounds.
His message highlighted the importance of recognising contributions made quietly within communities.
Moreover, Pasinawako said Chivayo’s passing represents a significant loss for ZAPI.
He described him as an icon whose presence made a lasting impact.
A Loss for Zimbabwe’s Community
Pasinawako also reflected on Chivayo’s role within Zimbabwe’s broader community.
He praised his leadership qualities and his commitment to helping others.
Furthermore, he described Chivayo as a true patriot and community-minded figure.
Pasinawako’s tribute also demonstrated his willingness to acknowledge the achievements of others.
That quality, he suggested, remains important among leaders and community figures.
Chivayo’s death has consequently sparked widespread mourning across Zimbabwe.
Many people have remembered his generosity, business achievements and public contributions.
For ZAPI, his passing represents the loss of a major community member.
Pasinawako’s tribute therefore focused on the human side of Chivayo’s legacy.
He remembered someone who helped others, often without demanding public recognition.
His message also reflected his leadership within the Zanu-PF youth setup.
Pasinawako serves within the political structure under the leadership of President Emmerson Mnangagwa.
Ultimately, his tribute placed Chivayo’s generosity and community contribution at the centre.
For those who benefited privately, Chivayo’s impact may remain long after his passing.
