Born in May 1965, Ditshego’s artistic journey began in grassroots theatre before she joined the influential Sobonile Players. Her early stage credits included powerful productions like Antigone and Don Gzubane Onner die Boere. By the 2000s, she had established herself as a versatile performer in works ranging from Acropolis Cafe to MacBeki.

The actress made her television debut in 1997 on SABC2’s Sterk Skemer, beginning a screen career that would include Her breakout role as Joyce Mlambo in The Coconuts (2007).
