Dynamos appear ready to begin a fresh chapter after moving closer to hiring a European coach.
The Serbian tactician has already arrived in Zimbabwe. He attended Sunday’s Castle Lager Premier Soccer League showdown at Barbourfields Stadium. There, he watched DeMbare face Highlanders in the Battle of Zimbabwe.
Coach Set to Meet Squad
Sources close to Soccer24 said the coach is staying at Munhumutapa Hotel. He is expected to meet the squad this week before officially taking charge.
His arrival comes as Dynamos plan for life without Genesis Mangombe. The club recently suspended Mangombe following several allegations.
Mangombe Nears Triangle Return
Meanwhile, Mangombe looks set for a return to Triangle United. He has already submitted his demands to the Lowveld outfit.
The club is now finalising the remaining details. An official announcement could follow soon.
The move would see Mangombe reunite with a club he previously coached, ending his second spell at the Glamour Boys.
