Zimbabwean business mogul Sir Wicknell Chivayo is trending after he recently commented on South African mining magnet MySol – real name Solly Soka Madibela’s recent big wins following wealth comparison posts.
The mining magnet is making headlines after he had a housewarming party recently, after purchasing a R220 million villa on Nettleton Road.
Well, that’s literally right next door to DJ Black Coffee, surprisingly in the same neighbourhood as President Cyril Ramaphosa.
MySol not only celebrated his new house purchase but also showed off his customised new Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth over R16 million.
WICKNELL CHIVAYO CELEBRATES MYSOL FOLLOWING WEALTH COMPARISON
Against the backdrop of MySol’s big wins, Sir Wicknell is trending, with many dragging their wealth into the picture.
A Facebook page, Zodwa Wabantu Libram, compared their wealth and took a swipe at My Sol. The post didn’t go well with Wicknell Chivayo.
Part of the Intratrek owner’s post reads, “It’s never always about competition, my dear sister..A man with only 20 million dollars can live the same opulent life, if not better and more comfortable than ELON MUSK, who will be a TRILLIONAIRE soon.
“What I personally like about this guy, though I’ve never met him, is that he’s UNAPOLOGETIC about his success, and he likes the finer things in life. Besides, he’s also a RICH FAT GUY, and naturally, I like big people.”
LIVING LIFE UNAPOLOGETICALLY
He made it known he hasn’t met MySol personally, but likes his lifestyle and how he lives unapologetically.
No doubt MySol and Sir Wicknell have a lot in common, from cars to designer clothes. Just like My Sol, Sir Wicknell has a soft spot for coveted cars and has a fleet to show for it.
In Zimbabwe, he has an impressive fleet of white cars, which includes a personalised Rolls-Royce Cullinan. Of late, his impressive black fleet in South Africa has been making headlines.
Apart from cars, he has several properties around the world and recently made headlines after he revealed to the media that he was now building hotels across Africa.
However, despite keeping his properties under wraps for privacy and security purposes, he often shows off his R129 million mansion in the leafy suburbs of Harare.
He also owns helicopters and a R700 million private jet. Wicknell Chivayo recently revealed he was adding another jet, but he has yet to share the big news, which often thrusts him into the top trends.
